Boxing Membership
a) Boxing Fundamentals b) Technique & Conditioning c) Sparring Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri: 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM (may run to 10:30 PM) Sunday: Sparring - 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM In these classes, you’ll learn essential boxing skills: proper stance, footwork, defense and offense, along with a strong understanding of boxing tactics and strategy. We also place emphasis on developing athletic ability, coordination, endurance, and boxing-specific strength and conditioning. Training takes place in a dynamic, high-energy environment led by two high-level coaches and supported by competitive boxers of all levels - from complete novices to national-level and professional athletes. Our team culture is friendly, ego-free, and welcoming. We believe in building each other up, pushing together, and growing together. No matter what your goal is - whether you want to compete or simply get in great shape - there is a place for you here.
Women's Fitness Membership
Our Women’s Fitness Classes run Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM, and are designed to help you build strength, confidence, and overall health in a supportive environment. What’s included: • Balance & Coordination Training to improve stability and movement control • Kettlebell Workouts for full-body strength and conditioning • Boxing Training, including basic boxing techniques and high-intensity heavy bag workouts • Self-Defense Techniques, with a focus on proper breathing and functional training using tools such as baseball bats • Bonus: Practical nutritional tips and stress-free weight management guidance These classes will help you become stronger, fitter, more confident, and improve both your physical and mental well-being.

This one-time Drop-In pass allows you to attend any single scheduled boxing class at Goldenstars Boxing. Perfect for those who want flexibility without a membership commitment, it can be redeemed toward any available session on our schedule. Experience high-level coaching, structured training, and an intense, rewarding workout in a welcoming environment.
